There are a number of ways that the Master Energy Card can be used.
1. Simply look at the coloured design on the front of the card and focus on the area / energy imbalances that need correction. 2. If you are wearing the Master Energy Card on your body you can mentally "link" to where the card is and focus on the area / energy imbalances that need correction. 3. Use the Master Energy Card within a Kinesiology protocol with "muscle testing" to show an area needing correction, then viewing the card for the correction and then "re-checking" with muscle testing to show that a change has taken place. 4. Use the Master Energy Card with Whole Self Response. Whole Self Response is a full body, self-testing procedure that most people can easily use to test their response to stressors and other energy related situations. 5.
